Helmsdale is a stunning development in the heart of Landfall. We performed all site work and utility work to turn this track of land into premiere build-ready residential lots. We are particularly proud of the large-scale retention wall that was installed to help maneuver to increase the lot count of the project.

We are excited to start our first RV Park development. This will be a beautiful RV park consisting of 150 RV sites with amenities that will include a pier with wet boat slips, pickle ball courts, a clear water pond and so much more. We are aiming for an end-of-2025 completion date on this project.

The development consists of 35 separate lots for single-family new construction housing. This is a turnkey project where we provided all front-end and back-end due diligence as well as the site work, utilities, and paving to deliver build-ready lots to our partner.
